Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are the estimated delivery periods after your order is processed:

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Singapore Time, GMT+8) will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is confirmed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and type of your ordered products, as well as your delivery location. The following are starting base rates for standard shipping to each region. Please note that actual shipping fees may vary depending on the specific products in your order (e.g., heavier, larger, or special-category items may incur additional charges).   • Malaysia: Starting from MYR 15.00
  • Thailand: Starting from THB 250.00
  • Indonesia: Starting from IDR 150,000
  • Philippines: Starting from PHP 300.00

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the following steps:

  1. Click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Enter your tracking number on the logistics partner’s website (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T Express, LWE).
  3. Check the real-time status of your delivery, including estimated arrival date.
